Now retired from massage therapy, she continues to utilize all the learning & healing skills she has acquired to help women heal on every level of their being. With her experience & training, Sharon has the unique ability to create custom Soul Sessions which incorporate the healing modalities of The Mayson Method, guided Breath Work & Soul Coaching to help every woman live her healthiest & most Audacious life.
Sharon works fully remotely.
Bookings & all communications are exchanged through email. Sessions are voice recorded & then shared with the women she works with.

I like to use positive affirmations to create an uplifting, encouraging and positive audio self-talk. I am happier, calmer and healthier because of it.
I believe everyone can benefit from this form of therapy. The Mayson Method can help release things like anger and hurt in order to bring in forgiveness and peace.
As a Certified Mayson Method Practitioner my goal is to help the world one person at a time. Helping others be more positive, practice self-love and hopefully spread some joy.
